1. I vostri stick luminosi sono sicuri ?

Certo. Gli sticks luminosi Fluoshop sono non tossici, non corrosivi, non infiammabili. Si raccomanda l'utilizzo di alcuni prodotti ai bambini di età superiore ai 3 anni (o più grandi: controllare l'etichetta sulle confezioni) poichè contengono piccole parti che potrebbero essere inalate o ingerite con rischio di soffocamento.
I nostri prodotti sono a norma CE (presto il certificato sarà condiviso con i clienti), e sono in armonia con gli standard di sicurezza della normativa EN-71.

2. Come si attivano gli stick luminosi ?

Semplicemente impugnandoli, piegandoli delicatamente ad arco e agitandoli come un termometro per qualche secondo.

3. I vostri stick luminosi generano calore una volta attivati ?

No. Generano "luce fredda".

4. Cosa c'è dentro i vostri stick luminosi e come funzionano ?

Normalmente ci sono due soluzioni nei nostri stick luminosi FLUOSHOP. Una, in cui galleggia la capsulina interna, di perossido d'idrogeno -usato in altra formula come comune disinfettante (acqua ossigenata)- qui dissolto in estero di ftalato. L'altra, nella capsula, è un estero fenil ossalato unito al colorante, che distingue i diversi colori. Quando si piega ad arco lo stick le due soluzioni si uniscono e si illuminano grazie alla reazione chimica.

5. I vostri stick luminosi possono accendersi sotto la pioggia ?

Certamente! I nostri stick luminosi FLUOSHOP sono impermeabili e sono perfetti per attività subacquee!

6. Cosa succede se vengono accidentalmente perforati ?

Nessun problema. I reagenti presenti nei nostri stick luminosi non causeranno nessun danno alla pelle o agli occhi.
Potrebbe esserci un temporaneo fastidio: lavare con acqua fresca corrente la parte interessata.

7. Quanto si conservano nella loro scatola ?

Per il prodotto ancora imballato, il periodo di conservazione è di 2 anni. Se sfuso, 16 mesi.
Suggeriamo di tenere il prodotto in un posto asciutto e ventilato, al riparo dai raggi solari.

8. Accettate pagamenti on.line o tramite carta di credito ?

1.Are the glow sticks safe?
  Yes. Our Fluoshop glow sticks are of non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-flammable. But it is advised
that some items are not recommended for use by children under age of 3 (or elder, see our
warning or precautions on the packages) as they are small and might be choking hazard. Our
products are of CE certified (soon customer-shared certificate), and are in compliance with the
safety standard of EN71.

2.How do I activate the glow sticks?
Just bend, snap and shake. And it glows.

3.Do your glow sticks generate heat after being activated?
No, they do not generate heat. They are of cool light.

4.What is inside the glow sticks and how do they work?
Generally, there are two solutions in our Fluoshop glow sticks. One, surrounding the
capsule, is the solution of hydrogen peroxide, which in another form, used as a tipical
anti-infective, dissolved in phthalic ester. The other, in the capsule, is a phenyl oxalate
ester along with the according dye, which makes the color. When bending our glow sticks,
the two solutions mixed and they light up with chemical reactions.

5.Can your sticks glow in the rain?  
Yes, our Fluoshop glow sticks can. They are of water proof.
They are perfect for underwater activities!

6.What if it accidentally punctured?  
No problem. The chemicals in our Fluoshop glow sticks will not cause injury to skin or eyes.
But a temporary discomfort may occur. Wash your skin or eyes with clean water thoroughly
should any contact.

7.How long is the shelf life of your glow sticks?
For items in our foilbag package, the shelf life is 2years. If in bulk packages, it is of 16months.
It is suggested that you keep the products in cool and dry places, away from direct sun light.

8.Do you accept online payment or credit card?

9.Can you ship goods to our city? If you can, how much will it cost?
